Johnathon is a senior people and organisation strategy advisor with over 20 years of experience partnering CEOs, boards, and executive teams across Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America.

He specialises in aligning people, leadership, and culture with business strategy in complex, multi-country and transformation environments. His experience spans multinational corporations, large local enterprises, and family-owned businesses across industries including healthcare, chemicals, construction, real estate, semiconductors, and consumer products. He has led large-scale transformations and post-merger integrations, including the integration of three organisations with a combined workforce of 5,000 employees.

Johnathon partners organisations on workforce and talent strategy, leadership and succession planning, organisational design, culture transformation, and change management. He is known for helping organisations elevate HR from administrative execution to strategic business partnering—driving sustainable performance and long-term enterprise value. He is an ICF-accredited Coach (ACC), Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Associate Neuroplastician.

Johnathon works with both for-profit and not-for-profit organisations. His approach combines commercial discipline with human insight to build resilient, future-ready organisations.
