About NOVO HR
NOVO HR (诺新海人力资源) was founded by Johnathon Ng, a seasoned HR and organisational advisor with over two decades of experience across Asia Pacific, Europe and Americas.
Johnathon has partnered with:

- Listed, family owned and private organisations.
- Start-ups, scale-ups and complex matrix environments.
He is a certified coach, a master NLP practitioner, an associate Neuroplastician & an OD practitioner. He has worked with profit and not for profit organisations. His work blends strategic rigour with deep human insight and commercial discipline, helping leaders design organisations that deliver results today while remaining fit for tomorrow.
