About NOVO HR
NOVO HR (诺新海人力资源) is the codification of years of lived organisational experience across complex, real-world environments. It reflects patterns observed across: multinational and local enterprises, listed, family-owned and private organisations, start-ups, scale-ups and matrixed systems.
